SIA Provendi Asset Management AIFP is an alternative investment fund manager, registered with the Bank of Latvia.
Provendi Asset Management was established by IPAS Indexo and private partners in 2022. It is located in Riga, Latvia, but operates in the Baltic region.
The managerial team has more than 20 years of experience in investment, commercial bank and real estate sectors. At present SIA Provendi Asset Management AIFP manages Indexo Real Estate Fund.
Indexo Real Estate Fund is an independent real estate investment fund established at the end of 2022 and managed by SIA Provendi Asset Management AIFP.
The Fund’s objective is to invest in a portfolio of quality, low-risk Baltic real estate – office, retail, residential, logistics and industrial buildings with stable cash flows.
The fund’s mission is to provide competitive and safe investment possibilities for institutional and private investors in the Baltic real estate market, thus contributing to the development of the local economy.
