Sanita Zervena Joins the Management Team of Provendi Asset Management AIFP

SIA Provendi Asset Management AIFP, an alternative investment fund manager registered with the Bank of Latvia, is pleased to announce that Sanita Zervena has joined the company’s management team as an Investment Manager. Her extensive experience in real estate development and investment project management will strengthen Provendi Asset Management’s position in the Baltic region.

 

Sanita Zervena has proven herself as a professional capable of successfully managing and developing real estate investment projects, as well as managing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Previously, she held the position of Head of Real Estate Investments at BTA Baltic Insurance Company and managed the sales and marketing process at SIA KBO. These skills and experience will contribute significantly to Provendi Asset Management AIFP’s operations, in particular to the development of Indexo Real Estate Fund and to the company’s expansion across the Baltic region.

The Indexo Real Estate Fund, managed by Provendi Asset Management, now has six properties in Latvia and Lithuania, with a portfolio covering over 41,500 m², leasing spaces to more than 100 commercial tenants. The portfolio also includes 260 apartments in residential buildings in central Riga. The total property value currently stands at approximately 70 million euros, but the Manager expects it to exceed €100 million in the near future through the acquisition of new assets.
